How long will it take my carpet/lounge suite to dry?
That will depend on the fibre/fabric type, cleaning method used, and the ambient weather conditions. Our general rule of thumb is to allow 4-24 hours for complete drying after steam cleaning and 2-4 hours after encapsulation cleaning. Assisted drying (ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating) all help to greatly reduce drying time. Carpet can be walked on immediately after cleaning, providing you are wearing clean socks or house slippers.
Which system is better? - Steam or Dry Cleaning
Steam cleaning (when done properly) is the most effective carpet cleaning process. It is recommended as the preferred form of carpet cleaning by leading carpet manufacturers and is specified in the Australian Standard AS3733 as the system to use for restorative carpet cleaning.
Dry cleaning and low moisture carpet cleaning are only designed to be maintenance cleaning systems. These carpet cleaning systems are great for just 'freshening up' the carpet or where quick drying times are required.

What do I need to do in preparation, prior to your arrival?
First and foremost, you need to provide access and suitable parking. For furnished homes, we ask you to remove all personal and breakable items, pets and small children away from the area to be cleaned.
What happens if a stain re-appears or I am not happy with the job?
Call us, we will rectify the problem - free of charge. Simple as that!
How often should I have my carpets/upholstery cleaned?
In order to maintain optimum appearance and health of your carpets or upholstery, it is recommended at least every 12 months for heavily used areas and every 18 months - 2 years for lighter usage.
